MBody AI is bringing its physical AI Orchestrator platform to new investors at two New York conferences in mid-October. CEO John Fowler will present the system and hold one-on-one investor meetings around the events. The Orchestrator is a hardware-agnostic enterprise platform. It coordinates robot fleets from multiple manufacturers across properties, tasks and human teams for large hospitality and gaming operators.

Where will investors see MBody AI?

Fowler will present at 8:00 a.m. ET on Oct. 15, 2026, in Lotus Suite East at the Mandarin Oriental in New York. The appearance is part of The ThinkEquity Conference 2026, according to MBody AI Corp via GlobeNewswire in the conference announcement.

Management will also meet investors on Oct. 14 at the Maxim Growth Summit at the Hard Rock Hotel New York. Additional meetings will take place Oct. 15 at ThinkEquity. The two venues are aimed at reaching new investors.

What does the Orchestrator do?

The platform sits above individual robots and manages mixed fleets in live commercial buildings. It assigns tasks, coordinates movement across properties and connects robot work with human teams. Its customers are Fortune 500 hospitality and gaming operators.

Those sites need coverage across lobbies, casinos, corridors and back-of-house areas without locking into one robot maker. For automation teams, the key point is hardware independence. Operators can add robots from different manufacturers and manage them through one enterprise layer.

How do deployments expand?

Deployments start small, with a few robots at one property. They then grow to more robots, more properties and more tasks. Growth comes through agreements that include recurring fees.

That structure makes expansion repeatable once the first site works. A current example is Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. MBody AI completed a pilot with autonomous robots there, and the robots remain in service under a paid commercial agreement while broader expansion is discussed, according to InterGame Online in the Mohegan Sun rollout report.

What is funding the next robots?

The investor pitch follows MBody AI Corp.'s merger with Check-Cap Ltd. on Aug. 26, 2026. The company then closed a $10 million offering of 1,538,462 shares at $6.50 on Aug. 27, 2026, trading on Nasdaq under MBAI.

Proceeds are earmarked to deploy more robots for new and existing enterprise customers, plus working capital, according to MBody AI Corp via GlobeNewswire in the merger and offering notice. That funding directly supports the expansion Fowler will outline to investors. Access has limits. The announcements include forward-looking statements subject to risks. Investor meetings are not open attendance and require a conference or Lytham Partners request at 602-889-9700 or ir@mbody.ai.
